Terms of use
By using madwackd.com you agree to these terms. The site is provided as is, for general information about Madwackd Productions and its projects. We work to keep it accurate, but we make no warranties of any kind, and to the fullest extent allowed by law we are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site or relying on its content.
Project details, release timing and plans can change at any time without notice. Nothing on this site is a promise, guarantee or contract. Any working relationship with Madwackd Productions exists only under a written agreement signed by both sides.
Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Privacy
When you use our form, we receive what you type: your name, email, optional phone, optional link, the topic you choose and your message. We use it only to read and reply to your inquiry. We never sell it, rent it or share it for marketing.
Form submissions are delivered by email through FormSubmit, a third-party form processing service, which handles the data to deliver it to us. This site does not use advertising trackers, and we do not set marketing cookies. Our web host may keep standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and reliability.
Want us to delete your message or stop contacting you? Send a note through the form and choose "Something else."
Submissions policy
Please do not send scripts, treatments, story ideas, pitches or other creative material through the form or any other channel. We ask only for links to public reels or portfolios.
Unsolicited creative material is not reviewed and creates no obligation of any kind, including any duty of confidentiality, credit or payment. This is standard studio practice and protects both sides: it keeps your ideas yours and keeps our projects clearly ours. If we ever want to hear a pitch, we will ask first and put the terms in writing.
Investor disclaimer
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security. Any investment discussion happens only privately, with qualified parties, under written agreements and applicable securities laws.
We do not publish or promise returns, projections or offering terms. Any statements about projects, timing or plans are not investment advice. Talk to your own legal and financial advisors before making any investment decision.
Actors and talent
We welcome links to public reels from actors and voice talent. Reaching out does not promise a role, an audition or pay. Submissions are reviewed at our discretion, and we may not reply to everyone. Any role, rate and use of a performance is set only by a written agreement.
Partnerships and collaborations
Partnerships, co-productions, sponsorships, brand deals and creative collaborations happen only by written agreement. Conversations, emails and calls do not create a partnership, joint venture or any obligation on either side.
For hired production work, the scope, timeline, price, ownership and usage rights are set in a written agreement before work begins. We do not promise views, sales or other results.
AI disclosure
EARTH uses AI-generated characters, voices and imagery. Any resemblance to real persons is coincidental.
Madwackd Productions uses AI tools to create characters, voices and imagery across its projects, including EARTH. Writing, direction, editing and final approval are done by people. EARTH is satire: its characters, places and events are fictional.
